5 Reasons Students
Choose Homes Over Towers
Before you sign with a complex, here’s what students tell us they wished they’d known.
What Our Residents Say
I lived with MyUofARentals for three years, and it was easily the best rental experience I had in Tucson. The rent was lower than most other places nearby, and the location is super convenient for the UofA. Maintenance was always reliable and quick, usually taking care of any issues within a day or two. Shoutout to Kimberly in the leasing office — she was always responsive and helpful. Hard to beat overall.
Fantastic landlords! Always super responsive to maintenance requests and Yazmin in particular has been such a pleasure to work with. They’ve always accommodated our requests and are always super friendly. The online portal they got in 2022 made paying rent and repairs even more convenient. Really had a comfortable time in Tucson — grateful for all the help these past two years!
This place is awesome! It’s affordable and super spacious, with a nice pool and gym too. My roommates and I lived here for a year and had no problems. Any minor issues were immediately fixed by the maintenance guys, who were very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend UA Rentals to college students looking to live near campus.
